It is a commitment that fails. It is a state or way of being that persists. A continuous lack of responsibility, in the sense of rehabilitation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\" style=\"grid-template-columns:auto 61%\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">DOCILIN, uses balance, rolling balls and giraffe unicycles as a form of expression.
